Insolvency proceedings of Air Berlin

On 1 November 2017, the District Court of Charlottenburg (Germany) opened the insolvency proceedings in self-administration for the assets of Air Berlin PLC, Air Berlin PLC & Co. Luftverkehrs KG and airberlin technik GmbH. The insolvency court also arranged self-administration in the opened proceedings.
